Golden Gate Park

This is one of the finest and largest urban parks in the world with its center some artificial lakes, which Spreckels Lake is restricted to models of sailboats and Stow Lake in which circulating electric motor boats .
It also features many sports facilities (tennis, golf ,..). On one bank is built the Chinese flag, which consists of 6,000 pieces assembled. It was offered by the city of Taipei with which San Francisco is twinned. In the Buffalo Paddock, live buffalo, elk and deer.
In the eastern part of the park, you can visit the Strybing Arboretum and Botanical Garden, which contains about 5,000 plant species from all over the world, the Japanese Tea Garden and Tea Room, the MH de Young Memorial Museum. This land is also home to the Jade Gallery, the California Academy of Sciences, which houses the Steinhart Aquarium in others, the Simson African Hall and the North American Hall.
